Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza and her Swiss partner Martina Hingis stormed into the US Open quarterfinals with a straight-set triumph in their third-round match here.
The top-seeded Indo-Swiss pair eased past Dutch-Czech combination of Michaella Krajicek and Barbora Strycova 6-3 6-0 in a contest which lasted 59 minutes.
Sania and Martina put up a throughly dominating performance by holding their serve all through.
Next up for the Indo-Swiss pair are Yung-Jan Chan and Hao-Ching Chan of Chinese Taipei, who beat Irina-Camelia Begu and Raluca Olaru 5-7 6-1 7-6 (4).
