Gujarat lions
Predicted finish: Semifinal
The most impressive aspect of the Gujarat lions team is the presence of some fine all-rounders like Dwayne Bravo, James Faulkner and Ravindra Jadeja. The presence of big players such as skipper Suresh Raina, Brendon McCullum, Aaron Finch and Dwayne Smith lends a lot of solidity to the batting line-up. Although, the spin department lacks the presence of prominent names, there are some experienced spinners in the team like Pravin Tambe and Shadab Jakati. The pace attack is led by an off-colour Dale Steyn and this may increase the workload for the likes of Bravo and Faulkner.
