Not often celebrity superstars in the sporting world enjoy retirement at the peak of their career, but Mayweather Jr. was lucky to witness one. Mayweather's final year in the boxing circuit will be famously remembered for the two fights —— Manny Pacquiao and Andre Berto. The clash between the eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao was regarded as ‘The Fight of the Century.’ In the fight in las Vegas Mayweather won via unanimous decision. Floyd then ended his career later in the year by strolling past Andre Berto to make it 49 unbeaten to match Rocky Marciano's record.
