Olympic medallist boxer Mary Kom will wave the chequered flag at the Formula One Indian Grand Prix here on Sunday.
“I can confirm now that Mary Kom will do the honours. Other Olympians are also coming to watch the race,” Jaypee Sports International CEO Sameer Gaur said at the Buddh International Circuit here on Saturday.Ace archer Deepika Kumari, wrestler Sushil Kumar and India hockey captain Sardar Singh are amongst the sportspersons expected to turn up.
