WINNING FACTOR
The team that better copes with the hot and humid conditions at the Arena da Amazonia in the Brazilian rainforest will take three points.
Both teams meet after opening losses. The Croatians lost 3-1 to Brazil. Cameroon lost its opening Group A match 1-0 to Mexico. Another loss for either the Cameroonians or the Croatians is likely to mean an early exit from the tournament.
Both squads head into the game with injury concerns. While Croatia midfielder luka Modric appears to be on the mend, Cameroon, striker Samuel Eto’o missed two days of practice, putting him in doubt for a starting spot.
The match against Croatia is very important if we want to stay alive
