It will be a star-studded battle at the Ferozeshah Kotla ground here on Saturday when defending champions Delhi will take on Punjab in the north zone leg of the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
Delhi, who beat Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday, would like to keep the winning momentum going against Punjab, who lost their first match to Haryana and would be desperate to bring their campaign back on track. While Delhi will have the services of all of their available players except Ishant Sharma, who asked to be rested for first two matches, Punjab is likely to be bolstered by the inclusion of Yuvraj Singh, who skipped the previous match to attend his brother’s marriage.
In other matches in Delhi, Haryana play Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir face Services.
