SRH have strongest bowling attack: Faulkner

mumbai: Australian all-rounder James Faulkner feels Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have the strongest bowling attack in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier league (IPl) with the likes of in-form pacer Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and leg spinner Rashid Khan in their rank. "I think the strongest one (in term of bowling attack) has to be Sunrisers (Hyderabad). Bhuvaneshwar Kumar has been in great form for a couple of IPls, (so) that will be my number one," the 27-year-old Faulkner said. "And the wrist spinner, who is the best in the World in T20s IJ" he said, referring to Khan, the Afghanistan leg spinner who has grabbed two wickets from three games for Sunrisers Hyderabad in this edition of the cash-rich event. Faulkner rated Mumbai Indian's (MI) bowling attack as the "second best" in the tournament, saying they have two good death bowlers. "Mumbai have got two good death bowlers (Jasprit Bumrah and Mustifizur Rahman), they are probably the (number) two (second best)," he opined.

Play your natural game: tom moody

mohali: Sunrisers coach Tom Moody has told his top order batsmen to play their natural game ahead of the match against Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier league here on Sunday. "The message I have given to our top order is just to go out and play your natural game," Moody said. With Chris Gayle Gayle and K l Rahul in terrific form, Moody was asked if his side had any specific plans to contain the KXIP batsmen, replied: "we had a healthy discussion around not only those two players, but every player that we feel has a chance of playing for the Kings. Every team has players of threat." Further elaborating on the message he has given to his top order batsmen, Moody said, "I have said this at the beginning of the tournament when it was clear David Warner was not going to be part of our campaign this year, there is no point anyone trying to go out there and play like Warner. "Everyone has got their own unique style and strength and to me, it's important how batting order and the person in our line up play the way they play their best. We are a different top order than what we have been in previous years. We have a got a different balance, different depth of quality in our batting line up” he said.
