Sharafat Gayi Tel lene
Staring: Zayed Khan, Rannvijay Singh, Tena Desae
Rated: 4.5/10
One had almost forgotten that Bollywood even had actor Zayed Khan who is still doing movies. The last time one had seen him was in Tezz, a movie that will probably not even register in the minds of many. Well, here he plays the lead — a hero who is cautious and gets frightened at the drop of a hat. Definitely not keeping in tune with the hero that one gets to see in a maardhaar movie.
So out hero gets a call from Bhai, from Dubai and is told to carry out errands for him. The story definitely sounds interesting and while Zayed Khan would probably not have been the ideal choice to play the hero, the role sits well on him.
The problem is how director Gurmmeet Singh deals with it on the 70 mm screen. It should have been pacier; It is after all a crime-thriller plus comedy. But what comes out is an extremely slow pace with almost no funny dialogues. This kills everything in its wake.
