‘ipml was wajid’s dream’
Zee TV has been a front-runner in revolutionising television content over the past three decades and it is all set to change the face of music reality shows once again with its latest non-fiction property, the Indian Pro Music League (IPML). In what will be a clutter-breaking format innovation, Zee TV is all set to present audiences with the world's first ever music league in early 2021. While the world of sports has seen several league competitions, this unique music league will have six teams representing different regions of India, battling it out against each other in a musical championship. Each of these six teams supported by leading Bollywood and sports celebrities will have top playback singers as their captains, one reality show star and one fresh voice. The likes of Mika Singh, Kailash Kher, Sajid Khan, Shaan, Ankit Tiwari, Javed Ali, Asees Kaur, Bhoomi Trivedi, Akriti Kakar, Payal Dev, Neha Bhasin, Shilpa Rao have been signed on to captain the six zonal teams.
For such a mammoth music reality show, the channel recently launched a vibrant anthem that showcased each of its 12 team captains coming together for the very first time. Composed by Sajid - Wajid, this musical masterpiece is amongst the last few compositions of the duo before Wajid Khan's tragic demise. In fact, Wajid was one of the first people on board for the show and Indian Pro Music League was his dream as per Sajid Khan. He was so passionate about it that the late musician worked on it ever since the idea was born. After Wajid passing away, Sajid is fulfilling and living his brother's dream.
As the captain of Delhi Dhurrandhars and the composer of the Indian Pro Music League anthem, Sajid Khan, revealed: “I have been associated with this show since its start, in fact, the owners and Wajid had dreamt about this show together and they were all working towards it. He had told me that I needed to be a part of the show and hence, I came on board for it. So, the Indian Pro Music League was Wajid's dream and here I am putting my 500 per cent into it.”
timnasa plans to trap pichku
After Bhayrani Timnasa’s (Pavitra Punia) comeback in Sony SAB’s Baalveer Returns, havoc has redefined itself. The upcoming episodes will witness Timnasa getting even fiercer than before. After poisoning Baalveer (Dev Joshi) with a spider and leaving him paralyzed, she has set her eyes on someone who can be the ultimate catalyst for destruction.
With her newly acquired powers, Timnasa creates a magical spider which secretly bites Baalveer, leaving him partly paralyzed. Unable to heal Baalveer, the fairies and Shaurya decide to get a baby ghost — Pichku out his box who easily heals Baalveer. Pichku a mischievous but an immensely powerful baby ghost has been residing in Veer Lok where he couldn’t be manipulated and misused by any evil.
While Pichku heals Baalveer, Timnasa, through a magical portal, witnesses the entire act and decides to get her hands on Pichku who can aid her to create the ultimate havoc on earth. On the other hand, as Vivaan (Vansh Sayani) goes back on earth from Veer Lok, Pichku secretly reaches Vivaan’s house on earth. Pichku reveals that he has not been able to go back to his planet and to return, he is required to do one good deed.
Will Pichku be able to perform a good deed before Timnasa captures him? How will Vivaan help Pichku reach his home?
Vansh Sayani, essaying the role of Vivaan said, “When I learnt about this baby ghost story, it was thrilled and I am sure everyone will love mischievous and cute Pichku. The upcoming episode will witness Timnasa’s deadly trap for Pichku and it will be upon both the Baalveers to ensure Pichku accomplishes his good task in order to reach his planet but it will not be that easy. With Timnasa’s return, the challenges ahead of Vivaan and Debu are dangerous and it will be exciting to watch how Vivaan helps Pichku. On the other hand, it has been exciting to have Pavitra di back on the sets and shooting with her again was a wonderful experience.”
