Fateh & jasmine in new avatars
Fateh’s love, Jasmin’s dream and Tejo’s sensibility in Colors’ recently launched Udaariyaan has already won many hearts. The Punjabi flavour and the twist have kept the audience engaged. Keeping the entertainment going, there is something super exciting coming up.
In the upcoming episode, the audience will witness Tejo and her family being looted by Jass. In the quest to catch hold of him and save Tejo, Jasmine and Fateh come up with a plan. Adding a fun twist, the duo disguises themselves in bold avatars to approach the goons. Jasmine's look of a city girl which is completely opposite to her character will surely leave the audience awestruck. On the other hand, Fateh will don an avatar of an office boy.
The going gets tough when Jasmine lands into trouble and the goon points a gun at her.
Talking about her new look Jasmine said: “While I started out as a sweet village belle, this new track will have the viewers see me in a completely new avatar. It is an absolute makeover! I will be playing Jass, a modern girl who sports high heels, dark shades, slick western clothes. Everyone including the cast and the crew were quite surprised with this new look! It's a good change and I am absolutely enjoying shooting for the track. I can't wait for my fans to check out Jasmine's new avatar as Jass!”
Talking about his new avatar Fateh said: “This is a very interesting track that shows how far Fateh is ready to go for Jasmine. He is even ready to shed his image and pose as an office boy. This also puts me outside my comfort zone given that I had to re-invent everything about my character Fateh, which is a great thing for any actor. I'm sure that our viewers are going to love this thrilling track.”
‘Find happiness in little things’
Television artists have always put their best foot forward to entertain their audience. While following the stay home and stay safe mantra, the artists are utilising their time off from the shoot. Such has been the experience of Sayantani Ghosh, who continues to win hearts with her exceptional portrayal as Daljeet Bagga in Sony SAB's light-hearted show, Tera Yaar Hoon Main, is utilising and keeping herself engaged during these tough times.
Sayantani Ghosh talks about how she is keeping an optimistic approach during these unprecedented times, she shares: “To me, being cheerful and thoughtful is important and one needs to be in the right frame of mind during these tough times. During this time off from the shoot, I sincerely wanted to create a list of everything I would want to do and utilise this time fruitfully while staying at home. I believe it is important to find happiness in little things and set smaller goals in life. Since I love dancing, I sometimes put on some music and perform to keep myself happy and move ahead with a hopeful spirit. I stay in touch with my loved ones through phone and video calls and sometimes listen to music. Staying at home and meditation has guided me to look at the brighter side of life.”
With summers around the corner in Mumbai, Sayantani Ghosh is using this time for self-care. Talking about that she shared: “Since summers are here, to keep myself rejuvenated and hydrated, I prepare nimbu paani or butter milk and make them an essential part of my meals. While I am at home now, I am also using this time to help my skin rejuvenate by trying different DIY face masks. I am trying to keep myself healthy and ensuring that my immunity is in check.”
Sayantani, while concluding, said: “We are facing one of the most challenging times and it is essential for us to take care of ourselves and everyone around us. I urge everyone to stay indoors and stay safe. We all need to act responsibly and fight this fight together. New entries in santoshi maa...
In the upcoming episodes of &TV's Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein, viewers will see television sweethearts Swati (Tanvi Dogra) and Indresh (Ashish Kadian) sharing a dreamy and beautiful bond and more than one surprise. Introducing two new entries in the show is Anjita Poonia as Sameeksha and to play the role of her father Dheeraj Chaddha is Mehul Nisar.
Both the artists have made a significant impression in the television industry overtime with their commendable work. Recognised by their huge fan base, viewers are in for a treat with their appearances in the show.
Sharing her enthusiasm on playing the role of Sammy aka Sameeksha, Anjita Poonia shares: “I am thrilled to be a part of Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein, this is the first mythology show that I will be a part of. I have seen the work the show has put out so far and absolutely enjoyed the storyline. My mother was more excited than me on finding out as she is a huge fan of the show. My character Sammy is the exact opposite from me in real life, she is not fond of her Indian culture and is a rebel without a cause. She is a modern woman, who pursued her studies in the US. Hence, I feel that it is challenging to on such roles but at the same time, it is equally fun and engaging. Working with Mehul sir and the team is going to be a great experience, they are all very warm and extremely capable. I am looking forward to seeing the audiences' reaction to this whole new side of me.”
Mehul Nisar who will be seen as Dheeraj Chaddha shares, “I am very happy to essay my character, he is very fun loving and jovial. He proudly calls himself DC and is a resort owner. A proud Punjabi father who is a single parent to his pampered and loving daughter. While DC is deeply rooted to his pind, his daughter comes with a flamboyant nature and aloof from the nuances of her native place. The father-daughter duo run the resort together. It is incredible to be shooting in Silvasa, I am eager to see the responses of the viewers.”
Swati and Indresh who are with child have faced plenty of hurdles and to escape from the woes of Devi Paulomi (Sara Khan) and her evils, the couple make a trip to see Santoshi Maa ka Ashram. After having met with an accident they end up in a resort close by. Embracing their love for one another, the two will be seen in moments of pure bliss. Swati will be seen adorning new looks that will come as a surprise to the audience.
