Here is some great news for the Marvel Cinematic Universe fans. The Disney+, last week dropped the first episode based on the Marvel Comics characters Falcon and Winter Soldier. The OTT platform will release one episode each week for the next six weeks. And this is the only downer here. The wait for what is to come next is going to leave the fans on the edge. More so, given where episode one left off. A spoiler alert: Another Captain America?
However, fans can take heart from how the mini-series starts — the Falcon jumping from an aircraft on a rescue mission. And what a rescue it is. The stunts are amazing; his flying even more awesome that gives you a bird’s eye view of the ground below. Mid-air rescue is definitely something that will have viewers talk about — until the next episode.
Unfortunately, the Winter Soldier here doesn’t have much to do except give a glimpse of his back story and the demons that drive him. Still it is good to see the Marvel characters come to life given how Avengers: Endgame ended — on a sad note.
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is bound to keep the fans interested, at least till Black Widow or Spider-Man: No Way Home release.
