Divas to the fore
Madhuri Dixit, who was last seen on TV two years ago in So You Think You Can Dance, is set for a comeback as a judge of Dance Deewane on Colors. The channel is currently on the lookout for a choreographer and a director to join Madhuri on the judges’ panel.
Sources say that the show is expected to air in June and the auditions to pick contestants will kick off on May 3. The selected contestants will be divided into three categories — under-13, under-35, and 35 and above. The three best contestants in each category will compete for the winner’s title.
Also, Zee TV’s talent reality show India’s Best Dramebaaz is back with Season 3 with Sonali Bendre as one of the judges.
Excited about returning to the show, Bendre said: “I’ve always loved the show as it brings out the best talent hidden in the kids of our country. The platform serves as a catalyst in molding their future as it gives them the confidence to face the world.”
The auditions for the third season of the show are currently underway and will be held in various cities across the country.
