Executive Chef Sandeep Kalra has recreated the luncheons and dinners of ‘Jewel of the Crown’ and brought back the magic of imperial India by exploring ageold recipes and use as inspiration the legacy of the khansamas. Armed with traditional and well researched recipes including Dak bungalow murghi roast, Khuni Khichri, East Indian Fish curry, Jhalfarajie, Aam murghi Bombay, Country captain chicken curry and Bandy coy fry.
