About the play: Raavan Ki Ramayan, featuring Puneet Issar as Raavan, is a re-look at history from the point of view of those who lost and never told their side of the story. Raavan Ki Ramayan tells the story of a virtuous king of a prosperous kingdom who is outraged at the ravaged modesty of his sister and has set out for a dignified revenge.

A festival of feasts and celebrations, Teej marks the welcome of the monsoon season during the month of Saawan. The festival is primarily dedicated to Goddess Parvati and her union with lord Shiva. It is considered to be an auspicious time for marital bliss. It is widely celebrated by women in North India especially in Rajasthan.
The Teej Festival will be celebrated with abundant rapture and joy with an array of events lined up to mark this uplifting occasion. The main attractions of the event are mehandikars, churi and rakhi stalls, languishing arts, handicraft and handloom crafts, home décor products, camel rides, spices and Rajasthani food and other delectables. There will be a kids’ zone offering joy rides and adventure activities, mehandi competition for artists and cultural programme as well.
