Former Minister Yogendra Sao has filed an anticipatory bail petition in Hazaribagh court on Saturday. According to his lawyer, the court will hear his plea on Monday. On Friday his brother Dheerendra Sao surrendered before the court and was sent to jail.
Dheerendra is also an accused in the cases lodged at Giddi and Barkagaon PS in which Rajkumar Gupta had confessed before the court that MlA Yogendra Sao, his brother Dheerendra Sao, his brother-in-law Mukesh Sao and another relative Raju Sao were the key figures in the formation of the Jharkhand Bachao Aandolan and the Tiger Force.
