World Quality Day was celebrated at Bokaro Steel Plant. On this occasion, in a program organized at the IspatBhawan campus, Director-in-charge of BSL, Amarendu Prakash hoisted the quality flag and administered the quality oath to the group present. In this program, Director in-charge (Medical and Health Services) Dr. AK Singh, Executive Director (Projects) and Additional Charge (Personnel and Administration) R Kushwaha, Executive Director (Materials Management) VK Pandey, Executive Director (Operations) Atanu Bhowmik, Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) DK Saha, Chief General Managers of various departments, other preferred officers and personnel were present.
In his address, Director-in-Charge said that quality should really be a part of our functioning and every worker should play the role of quality ambassador. Apart from this, Executive Director (Operations) Atanu Bhowmik administered the pledge of quality to the steel workers .
Director in-charge (Medical and Health Services) Dr. AK Singh administered the pledge of quality to the medical staff at the program organized at Bokaro General Hospital.
During the program, General Manager (BE) Anupama Tiwari, while welcoming everyone, gave information about the background of World Quality Day.
