A workshop on “Refractory Mason Skill Development” was organised at the Centre of Excellence under the joint aegis of Bokaro Steel Plant and Dalmia (OCL). The workshop was inaugurated by Atanu Bhowmik, Executive Director (Works). During the program CGM (Services) Sanjay Kumar, CGM (Maintenance) S Mukhop-adhyay, CGM (Safety & Fire Fighting Services) Amarendra Jha, CGM (Refractories) Ved Prakash Upadhyay along with other members of RED-RPC Department including employees and various contract workers were present.
On behalf of Dalmia (OCL), Wasir Mohammad (Vice President), Dhananjay Upadhyay Manager (Technical Services), DP Jha Incharge (Technical Services) and Umashankar Singh, Manager (Regional Incharge) participated in the workshop. The keynote speaker of the workshop, Wasir Mohammad apprised the workers and contract workers about the various techniques of refractory mason skill development. The program was conducted by the Assistant Manager (RPC) Jyoti Kumari and the vote of thanks was given by General Manager (RED) Sandeep S Lal.
