A three-day workshop on Action Centered Leadership for Women Officers from E-1 to E-4 level was started at the Human Resource Development Center of BSL on 14th July. On this occasion, Chief General Manager (Projects) Anima Kushwaha, General Manager (HRD) Neeta Ba, General Manager (Projects) Binod Kumar and women officers from E-1 to E-4 level of various departments were present. The main objective of the workshop, while working on its field of work, includes various dimensions of leadership such as making the right action plan, taking the right decision at the right time and increasing the enthusiasm of its subordinate personnel, etc.
At the beginning of the workshop, Amit Anand, Senior Manager (HRD) welcomed the guests and participants. Addressing the participants in the program, Anima Kushwaha threw light on the various dimensions of leadership. In this three-day long program, the participants will be briefed about various aspects of leadership by Binod Kumar. It is noteworthy that Amit Anand, Hrishikesh Ranjan and SC Murmu contributed significantly in organizing the workshop.
