A two-day workshop named “MTI Aapke Dwar” was organised for the officers at the Human Resource Development Centre of BSL. Director-in-charge BSL Amarendu Prakash, CEO (BPSCL) KK Thakur, ED (MTI-Ranchi) Sanjeev Kumar, ED (Works) BK Tiwari, ED (Personnel & Administration) Sanjay Kumar, ED (Finance & Accounts) S Rangani, ED (Mines) J Das Gupta, ED (Materials Management) A Srivastava, ED (Projects) C Mohapatra along with Chief General Managers and other senior officers were present. ED Sanjay Kumar welcomed everyone and DIC Prakash administered the security oath to all and expressed views on the ongoing digital transformation activities in BSL in the background of “MTI Aapke Dwar” program. Executive Director (MTI-Ranchi) Sanjeev Kumar threw light on the program's outline and objectives.
During the inaugural session of the program, a presentation was made by the team of MTI Ranchi on the topic “Nurturing Talent – The Next Step”. After the inaugural session, various departments of the plant like RMHP, Blast Furnace, Coke Oven, Sinter Plant, SMS, Mills, C&IT presented a presentation on Accelerating Digital Transformation and prepared the road map, as well as deliberated. In the afternoon, the presentation and the road map of digital transformation were also discussed by these departmental teams in front of the senior officers.
