A 20 year old pregnant woman was killed after she was allegedly pushed off in well by her husband at Telodih village under the Muffasil police station here on Friday at 10 am, following a fight between them, police said.
According to reports, the victim Afsana Pravez (20) of Telodih village under the Muffasil police station of Giridih district was married only two year ago to Kasim.Afsana,s father alleged that her in-laws used to torment Afsana every now and then for dowry and ultimately killed her today.
According to the complaint lodged with the Muffasil police station by her father, Afsana,s in-law were demanding dowry and started torturing soon after the marriage.
