A woman has alleged that her father-in-law and three brothers-in-law raped her for one and a half months. This incident happened in Dudhwal village under Ranka police limit.
A police complaint has been registered by the victim herself, who in her report has stated that around one and half month before when her husband went out from house her father in-law raped her forcefully in the night.
After the husband returned home, when the victim told about such an incident, the husband remained silent.
After this, her three brothers-in-law also raped her. They all continued to rape her for one and half month.
Based on the complaint of victim Women Police station Nagar Untari has lodged an FIR against husband Asfaque Ansari, father in-law Sami Akhtar Ansari, mother in-law, elder brother in-law Ishtar Ansari, younger brother - laws Ishteyaque Ansari and Insan Ansari under sections of 341/323/504/376/506 and 34 IPC, informed thana in-charge Lal Bihari Prasad.
Prasad said that after registering the case, the woman has been sent to Garhwa for medical examination and recording her statement under section 164 CrPC. Police investigation is underway.
