To cater to the needs of Art enthusiasts, renowned artist Bulu Ghosh launched a website (www.bimma.in) on Friday in the presence of several dignitaries. The web portal is dedicated to art, music and media.
With the motto to provide information to public in the field of western music, Indian classical including traditional folk especially catering to three regions Jharkhand, West Bengal and Bihar the website has been designed and will present detailed analysis of a particular subject to the people residing in Jharkhand.
The website has been designed in six months and is available in Hindi and English language for the netizens. “Apart, art and culture details, net surfers will also get information about the basic of pre production, production and post production techniques, digital film making and other facets related to media studies on website. The purpose is to make youths aware about different art and culture forms through new media. The website also has Jharkhand music archive and can be logged in to collect all the information related to music. A music notation is available to guide the art enthusiasts and is one of the key features. Interested person can learn music as per their convenience,” said Ghosh, who has conceptualised the entire project. The website has been designed by Deepayan Ghosh.
