In a unique attempt to provide a distinct identity to this recreational site popularly known as Old Jail More Park among the city residents, 125 meter high ‘Watch Tower’ with ‘Revolving Restaurant’ will be constructed there. The State government has roped in a renowned sculpture artist and Padma Bhushan Awardee -- Ram Vanji Sutar for designing the 100 feet figurine. Adjacent to the ‘Watch Tower’, the carving of Bhagwan Birsa Munda will be placed for the tourists.
