Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra and Stri Shakti distributed blankets and woolen clothes among the Birhors of Barwartanda of Daru block. Girija Satish of NBJK and Sheela of Stri Shakti also visited the Birhor colony of Irga and they distributed more than 100 blankets, sarees and woolen clothes among young boys, girls and kids.
Woolen shirts were given to the male members while some shawls were given to the female members of the Birhor families. Miss Jeny of Action Village India who has come from England also visited the villages and distributed her hand-knitted woolen clothes among the females and kids.
