Lord Vishwakarma, the god of plants and equipment, was worshiped with full devotion and enthusiasm as per tradition at Bokaro Steel Plant on 17th September. Employees in various departments worshiped the machines with full enthusiasm and wished for the safe and successful operation of the plant. BSL Executive Director (Works) B.K. Tiwari, Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) Suresh Rangani, Executive Director (Materials Management) Amitabh Srivastava and Executive Director (Personnel & Administration) Rajan Prasad along with their other senior colleagues Participated in the cebration of various departments of the city and plant premises and offered prayers.
Vishwakarma Puja also celebrated in the plant premises consist of Main Fire Station, RMP, Coke Ovens, RMHP, Sinter Plant, Heavy Maintenance Mechanical (Iron Field), General Maintenance Mechanical (Iron Field), Central Store, Traffic, PEB, SMS-New, IMF, Heavy Maintenance Mechanical ( Steel Zone), Capital Repair (Mechanical), Blast Furnace, BPSCL, TBS, Oxygen Plant, SMS-2 & CCS, DNW, Machine Shop, Heavy Maintenance Mechanical Mill (Zone), Hot Strip Mill, Cold Rolling Mill, RGBS, MRD , CRM-3 and HRCF, where members of nearby departments also gathered.
