Vice Chancellor of Vinoba Bhave University Mukul Naryan
Dev today said that the allegation, which was imposed on him by the principal
of St. Colamba’s college is totally baseless. The university
administration has the prof of recording of the conversation that
took place between him and the principal.
The VC said in a press conference that the principal of the St. Columba’s College Shushil Kumar Toppo came to his chamber at 11 am and started shouting at him.
He said that he requested to the principal that he was very busy and he should be left alone. "On this request he shouted and said why are you not revoking my suspension and not clearing other regularities," said the VC.
Dev further said, "During the two years tenure as VC in this university I never misbehaved with any teachers as well the forth and third grade staff of the university. The detailed audit report of the college will be handed over to me within two days then on the recommendation of the disciplinary committee action will be taken."
The VC said that he has discussed this matter in detail with SP Hazaribag and assured him of all the proof. He assured that after the full verification they will reach to that point that FIR will lodged or not.
