Vinoba Bhave University of Hazaribag has reconstituted NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council ) valuation internal quality cell on Thursday. In the cell the retired experienced and expert in NAAC valuation have been included by the university administration.
The vice chancellor of the university Mutkul Naryan Dev said that they are in the process for the NAAC valuation second time in the university. For the successful valuation of NAAC we have reconstituted the internal quality cell.
He further said, this time we have decided to include the such retired senior teachers who have an experience of NAAC valuation last time. The Psychology department senior teacher Saddique Razaque has been nominated as secretary of the cell.
Retired teachers, who have been included in the cell are M Raziuddin, PK Mishra, EN Siddique, Anwar Mallick, P> Mehto, journalist Abhijeet Sen, secretary of Navbharti Jagrati Kendra Satish Girja and DGM of NTPC Prashant Singh.
The total number of the cell is now 27. The vice chancellor chairman and pro vice chancellor Ajit Kumar Sinha will be co- chairmen of the cell.
The VC further said that the UGC team will visit the university for evaluation in the month of September or in October. Last time the NAAC team had graded the university with ++ B rank. We are trying our best to get the A grade in this year of university.
