The meeting of the IICM labour union was held inside the campus under the chairmanship of President Ajay Rai in which various issues related to the employees were discussed. On this occasion, Senior Advocate AK Shukla of Jharkhand High Court obtained information about the discrimination policy being followed by the management from the employees present.
On this occasion, Rai said that the management inside the IICM campus is killing the rights of the employees, against which a legal notice will be given by the union. Ajay Rai informed that in the meeting legal advice has been taken from the Chairman of ICL Legal Cell, Senior Advocate AK Shukla of High Court for legal advice, in which it is clearly clear that IICM Management is in gross violation of Labor Law. .
He said that the IICM trade union is now ready to fight every battle regarding the salary, call wage, gratuity, and regular appointment for the last two months and along with legal action, the fabric of the movement is also being prepared. Which will be announced soon.
