Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Managing Director (MD) of the Union Bank of India Rajkiran Rai G attended a conference at regional office of the bank and addressed the staff after inaugurating a loan fair on Friday.
333 beneficiaries under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), 318 under light Commercial Vehicle (lCV), 176 under Union Miles, 191 under Agriculture and 102 under Self Help Groups (SHGs) received a loan of about Rs 90 crore.
Also, he appreciated the people of Jharkhand on receiving such a warm welcome during his visit and congratulated the Bank officials for their hard work and being available to the people all times. He also asked the staff of the bank maintain a high work ethic along with their administrative duties. During his visit, Rajkiran Rai also paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Raghubar Das and Chief Secretary Sudhir Tripathi.
