If the word of Government this time is to be believed, the power starved Palamau division-covering three districts namely Palamau, Garhwa and latehar-would see round-the-clock-power supply by September 2013.
Answering questions over the delay in completion of Hatia grid that would take electricity to the area and lessen its dependency on power supply from Bihar, Minister Rajendra Singh said that eight electricity towers were left and entire work would be completed within three months.
"All the 206 towers have been completed between latehar and Daltonganj. There were some acts of sabotage and four towers were demolished by miscreants. We target that the line would be completed by September," said Singh.
