Suresh Bhagat (50) the manager of United Bank of India was murdered brutally and his dead body were found near Harmu Koel of Sadar block pressed under a motorbike on Wednesday. The information was given to the police by the villagers. Police took the dead body and sent to the Sadar hospital for postmortem. The police are considering the case as an accident.
Suresh Bhagat was the bank manager of UBI, Powerganj. On Tuesday he had gone to Harmu after completion of banking work to meet one of his acquaintances. On Tuesday evening at 8 PM her wife had talked to him and in next morning the news of his death was heard.
It was told that Suresh Bhagat belonged to Ichak village Ghaghra block of Gumla. Presently, he had been residing at Kokar Ranchi with his four daughters and wife. He had been living at the house of Rakesh Akhouri a lawyer. On getting the information the senior bank officer regional manager Ranjan Kumar, senior manger N Topno, lohardga lDM Chitranjan Kumar reached to Sadar hospital.
On the other hand the police consider it an accidental case. The police are also involved in interrogation of the case. as per information Suresh Bhagat left behind him wife Jyotsana Bhagat, daughters Sheela Bhagat M.Sc, Sheetal Bhagat BIT Mesra, Suniat Bhagat B.A and Sunanda Bhagat 10+2 studying at Ranchi.
Jyotsana Bhagat the wife of the victim told that the last rituals would be done in Ranchi after that something would be said. In the district there is the mournful environment especially among the banking staffs. Many rumors are being spread about this case.
