Two youths were convicted and awarded Rigorous Imprisonment by the district court Bokaro for kidnapping minor girls in Bokaro.
In two separate incidents, Special Judge of POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) court Ranjeet Kumar convicted Deepak Kumar Singh (20) a resident of Sardar Mohalla, Dundibagh under City police station of Bokaro district and Arjun Saw (25) resident of Khurda Village under Gomia police station and awarded them three years and two year RI respectively.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5000 to the offenders, informed SK Jha Advocate of the district court.
The court also ordered three months more imprisonments if the offenders failed to pay the fine, he said.
