In a tragic incident two women died and two others got seriously injured when a soil mine collapsed in Barhi block.
According to sources, all four women were digging the soil in a nearby mine of their village. Suddenly, the mine collapsed and all four got buried inside. When some children who were playing nearby informed the villagers, they came and took them out but till then Geeta Devi and Shanti Devi had lost their lives.
Treatment is going on for injured Kavita Devi and Sonia Devi in Barhi sub-divisional hospital.
