The CID’s Special Investigation Team (SIT) arrested two youths from Koderma on Tuesday following three days of questioning at the CID headquarters in Ranchi. The arrested individuals have been identified as Rajesh Prasad Yadav, a popular YouTuber, and Sandeep Kumar, who runs a social welfare trust.
During the investigation, the CID reportedly found links between the two and the examination controversy while questioning other suspects previously detained in the case. Acting on confidential information and investigative inputs, the CID-SIT conducted simultaneous raids at different locations in Koderma district.
Rajesh Prasad Yadav was taken into custody from Golwadab in Domchanch, while Sandeep Kumar was detained from Purnanagar under Koderma police station limits.
Both men were subsequently brought to Ranchi and questioned extensively for three days. Their formal arrests were recorded on Tuesday.
