He had stolen an AK 47 rifle from his unit and on Tuesday, Manoranjan Topno shot and killed Manoj and Budhram with the same rifle, he added.
The SSP said that Manoranjan, brother of deceased Budhram Munda, who is an army jawan, had taken money from him in exchange for selling the land, but the deceased Budhram Munda was creating obstacles in selling the land.

Meanwhile, as part of a conspiracy, a plan was made to eliminate Manoranjan Budhram Munda and on Tuesday night, seeing the opportunity, the Jawan and his companions shot Budhram Munda. Budhram's nephew Manoj Kachhap recognized the Jawan and his companions shooting him, so the criminals shot him too and fled, he added.
