Ranka police have arrested one TPC area commander at Bahahara forest under same police station after small encounter. Police also recovered one 315 country made rifle and four live cartridges from him.
According to DSP Headquarter Sri Ram Samad, acting on a tip off Ranka police and CRPF surrounded the Bahahara forest where to saw the police TPC (Tritiya Prastuti Committee) guard fired and ensued encounter. Police fired four rounds while TPC ultras fired three round.
After encounter police nabbed to the TPC area commander Umesh Yadav and recovered one 315 country made rifle and four live cartridges fromhim.
Arrested Yadav a resident of Dhengura village under Ranka police station has confessed before the police his involvement of two nxal violence incident including set fire JCB of a contractor at Ramkanda and set fire a truck at Annraj ghati.
Yadav also confessed that Zonal commander of TPC Sharwan Yadav and eight others were involved in the encounter.
DSP informed that arrested Yadav was the terror in Ranka, Ramkanda, Bhandariya, Chiniya and Chaipur (Palamu) police station area.
