In Bokaro steel limited with the objective of making women officers of E-6 to E-7 level working in BSL aware of various dimensions of leadership, planning and decision making, motivation etc. in the Human Resource Development Center of BSL a three day training program is being organized by M/s Lewis Allen International from 6th July. In the inaugural session of the program, Executive Director (Works) BK Tiwari, Executive Director (Projects) Chittaranjan Mohapatra, Executive Director (Jharkhand Groups of Mines) J Das Gupta, CGM (HRD) Manish Jalota, Former Director (Commercial) SAIL and CMD & Dr. S Ahmed of Impetus Exim Pvt Ltd, CEO and Co-Founder of Allen International in India, Dr. Vivek Albucare, women officers from various departments were present.
In the beginning of the programme, General Manager (HRD) Neeta Ba welcomed everyone and informed about the program outline. Addressing the participants, the guests highlighted the importance of the program. During this three-day long training programme, Dr. S. Ahmed and Dr. Vivek Albucare will educate the participants about System Essentials, Partnership for Progress, Business and Commercial Skills, Better Skills in Systems Thinking, Management Leadership Skills, Personal Accountability etc. The programme was conducted by Amit Anand, Senior Manager (HRD).
