Under IPPE programme, Garhwa district administration has organised a one-day training camp-cum-workshop at DRDA training hall on Monday.
In the camp, DC said formulation of labour budget of financial year 2015-16 will be done under IPPE programme, for which schemes have been selected after organising Gram Sabha(Village council).
It is required to prepare estimate and give technical approval of selected schemes on priority basis.
The DC has directed all BDOs,Programme Officers, Assistant Engineers, junior engineers to be focused on selection of schemes under MNREGA.
He advised them in selection of schemes on priority basis. They were asked to visit the villages, talk to villagers and then select schemes.
DC further said that no payment would be released without work. There would be no compromise with the quality in any scheme.
If I get a complaint regarding misuse of fund and connected persons are found guilty, then FIR would be lodged against the officers for misuse of fund.
He also instructed all BDOs to complete pending schemes by end of this financial year.
