A training program on “Udaan – Team Building” was organized for the personnel of Hot Strip Mill at Human Resource Development Center of BSL. In the inaugural session of the program, Executive Director (Operations) BK Tiwari, General Manager (HRD) Neeta Ba, other officers of Human Resource Development Center along with the employees of Hot Strip were present. Addressing the participants during the program, Tiwari highlighted the importance of various dimensions of team building.
Senior Manager (HRD) Amit Anand coordinated the program and gave detailed information about team building to the participants through a presentation, after which the priorities of team work were told to the participants through various games at The Retreat of Human Resource Development Center.
In the second session of the program, the participants presented the action plan in front of other senior officials including Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) Sanjay Kumar, Chief General Manager (HR) Manish Jalota. Neeta Ba, Amit Anand, HrishikeshRanjan, Anita Kumari, K. P. Singh, Raju Ranjan and S. C. Murmu played an important role in the successful execution of the program and all team games.
