A three-day training program on “Leadership and Management Professional” for E-7 and E-8 level officers is being organized at the Human Resource Development Center of BSL. Mukhopadhyay, CGM (HRD) Manish Jalota, MAVivek Chief Executive of Lewis Allen International, E-7 to E-8 level officials from various departments of the plant along with Dr. S. Ahmed, Chairman and Managing Director Impetus Exim Pvt Ltd were present in the inaugural session of the program.
In this three-day long program, detailed information about self-development, management leadership skills, business and commercial skill development etc. will be given to the officers by Vivek and Dr. Ahmed. Apart from this, during the training program, the participating officers will get information from experts on improving processes, problem solving, decision making in the interest of the organization, leadership development, motivation and other aspects.
