Training on cashless transaction for the literacy employees was organised by Nawa Bihan District literacy Committee at the Akhra of Mundo village in Bhatkhijari Panchayat of Sadar block. Here the bank manger of SBI Collectorate branch Ashok Kumar was present as chief trainer.
On the occasion the manger provided the information on mobile banking, swipe machine, e-wallet, SMS, internet banking, opening of new account, issue of ATM card and to register the mobile number with bank account. On the occasion the teaching learning materials were distributed to Pinki Kumari the president of women wing and Etwari Oraon the president of Jai Chala women wing by the secretary of the committee Gopi Krishna Kunwar.
On the occasion Kunwar said, “There is no age bar to learn any thing. The people are being hoaxed for not having the knowledge of letters and numbers.” Kunwar also explained the process of cashless transaction on mobile phones and appealed the people to be the part of it.
On the occasion literacy employees Rajendra Oraon, Suraj Oraon, Prabha lakra, Kamla, Kamleshwar, Sunita Oraon, Sheetal Devi, Awadh Kishor Ojha, Sonamani Toppo and others were present.
