A stitch in time saves nine. This proverb fits well for lal Suraj. lal Suraj was all these years prior to the alliance of the AJSU with the BJP this coming Assembly election was the flag bearer and champion of the Sudesh Mahto’s AJSU.
However, Sudesh Mahto clinched a pre-poll alliance with the BJP and the BJP fielded its candidate Ameet Tiwary from Panki leaving lal Suraj in deep waters.
But lal showed more political agility and joined the bandwagon of the JMM. Had he remained with the AJSU, then he had to sit idle this Assembly election. lal is the son of late Madhu Singh and has given strong indications of locking horns with the likes of Bidesh Singh. While his father had contested Bidesh Singh and now his son is pitted against him.
