The four made Shashi Kumar Mehta to drink their urine when a badly beaten up Mehta asked for water. This barbaric incident took place at village Goradeeh under Mohammadganj police station in Hussainabad sub division.
Confirming this DSP Hussainabad MK Mahato said the four Dharmender, Sakender, Rakesh and Aslam beat up Shashi and made him to drink their urine when Shashi wanted water.
DSP further said Shashi was made to do this as the four accused him of having sexual relationship with a woman Parmillae, who is neither a divorced woman nor a widow. She has been abandoned by her husband, said DSP.
Dharmender and Sakender are the sons of Parmillae and these two plotted against Shashi and in this heinous crime two other Rakesh and Aslam also contributed.
DSP further said Shashi's nephew has lodged the FIR. Police have sent Dharmender, Sakender and Rakesh to jail while Aslam is at large. The whole issue revolves round the illicit relationship that Parmillae and Shashi had between them.
Parmillae's sons were opposed to this relationship but instead of corecting their mother they harmed her paramour said DSP. The Deputy Superintendent of Police said that it is really injustice and inhumane to do this kind of thing even in this world of modernity. This is a curse to humanity.
Neither the two sons Dharmender and Sakender nor their mother Parmillae has given any written complaint against Shashi.
Police have registered case against four Dharmender Sakender Rakesh and Aslam u.s 323,324,325, 342, 379 307 of IPC.
