A man with his wife and seven-year-old son died in mysterious circumstances at Juljul Forest. Dilip Ram with his wife, Kiran and son Shantanu, 7 was on his way back home when the incident took place. The bodies of kiran and Shantanu were recovered on Thursday morning from the Juljul forest area of Muffasil thana while Dilip Ram succumbed at Sadar hospital hazaribagh.
Police are suspecting it to be a case of suicide died as Dilip was under tremendous pressure of for repayment of a debt of Rs 1 lakh by Aslam of Baheri village, Muskim of Sakhiya village and Narayan Saw. While Dilip’s in-laws insisted that it was a murder as Dilip could not have taken such a drastic step for this reason.
Dilip Ram had gone to his in-laws place in Jharpo village of Tatijharia block with family on Wednesday. While returning, instead of taking the route to his home he made his ways into the Juljul forest. Muffasil police has taken the bodies in its custody and have sent them to Sadar hospital Hazaribagh for post-mortem.
The Hazaribagh SP Manoj Kaushik said that this is matter of investigation. The Deputy SP headquarter along with officer-in-charge of Muffasil police station are investigating the matter.
