Some thieves escaped with the jewellery, cash and other goods worth of about `50,000 last night from three shops at Dundibagh Bazaar in Bokaro.
According to the police, thieves escaped with precious ornaments including 1.5 kg silver, `10,350 cash and other goods from Asha Jewellers and two other grocery shops, Ashish General Store and Heeralal General Store at Dundibad Bazaar. Thieves’ also stole `5,000 cash from Ashish General Store and `500 from Heeralal General Store, police informed. “An FIR was lodged at the local police station by Rama Shankar Seth, the owner of the jewellery shop and police has started investigation in the case”, added the OC.
While in another incidents, thieves escaped with `50,000 cash and other valuable goods Nandlal Mahato, Pancjhan Mahato and Puran Mahato’s houses under Kasmar police station in Bokaro district.
