The Giridih police are yet to arrest the two youths who raped two minors’ girls at Manpur Musahari tola in Piharea panchayat in Giridih district here on Tuesday .The youths identified as Nizam Ansari (22) and Paru alias Istiya Ansari (20) had raped the girls at Manapur Musahari tola under the Gawwa police station on Tuesday night, while the minor girls had gone out their house to attend natural call.
Their neighbours Nizam Ansari and Istiya Ansari abducted them mid way and took them to a nearby room by two motorcycles having no any registration numbers.
The girls were reportedly raped there, which led to serious injuries. After regaining consciousness ,they were home and informed their parents about the incident. After having dropped their motorcycles on the spot ,the youths managed to escape.
The Gawwa police are investigating the cases, though no break through has been reported till the time of the filling this reports.
The day after the incident, the police lodged a case under the Section 376 and 4,POCSA of IPC against the accused persons in Gawwa police station ,informed officer-in charge Sri Niwash Kumar. Medical examination of the girls have also been ordered.
“Though the victims’ father lodged the case days after the incident, we are making all efforts to nab the culprits and have already recovered two motorcycles from the spot,” said the officer-in charge.
