Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tej Pratap Yadav arrived in Ranchi on Thursday to meet the party president and his father Lalu Prasad Yadav at Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS). Tej Pratap Yadav underwent a Corona test before meeting Lalu Prasad. Tej Pratap had undergone a rapid antigen test.
Returning from RIMS on question related to senior RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad Singh's displeasure he said that they are constantly talking to him and there is no resentment. This is a rumour raised by the media, he added.
Tej Pratap said that the party will contest elections from all over Bihar. It may be mentioned here that there is a tussle in RJD over Raghuvansh Prasad Singh and Rama Singh. In view of this, this meeting is considered important.
Tej Pratap compared Singh's value as a vessel filled with water and the party is like a sea. Tej Pratap's statement increased Singh's displeasure.
This was the first time that a member of his family came to meet Lalu Prasad after the RIMS director shifted him to Director’s Bungalow. Tej Pratap reached RIMS at around 12:30 pm. The jail administration was instructed to meet only after a Covid test. Tej Pratap then reached the microbiology department of RIMS. Here he gave his sample for the Covid Test.
At around 1:20 pm, after the report came negative, he went back to meet his father at the RIMS director's bungalow.
Meanwhile, attacking on the State Government, BJP State Spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo said that the law is not equal for all in the Hemant Soren's Government.
At 2:30 pm Tej Pratap Yadav, son of Lalu Prasad reached Ranchi with a convoy of 60 vehicles but the administration also slept with the Government and no action was taken on this issue.
