In order to develop the handloom sector and make it an internationally profitable business, the Weaver's Service Centre (WSC) Bhagalpur organized an Appropriate Technology Exhibition (ATE) at Digambar Jain Bhavan on Monday.
The five days exhibition is sponsored by the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles. The aim of the exhibition, being held here for the first time, is to disseminate the latest technological advancements and innovations to the handloom weavers. Equipments developed for improving productivity are on display in the exhibition cum expo
