The two-day long workshop-cum-competition under the aegis of Techno Zeal, concluded with the distribution of prizes of the competition on C-programming at DAV school Hazaribagh. The students of DAV Hazaribagh namely Vivek (XI), Rishikesh (XI), Sourav Raj (XI) were declared the winner whereas the students of St. Xavier’s School Hazaribagh namely Anamika Singh, Amash Iqbal and Vishal Kumar (all of XI) were declared the runners up. The winners were awarded with the certificates and a cash prize of Rs3000 whereas the runners up were awarded with certificates and a cash prize of Rs2000.
The Resource person Pulak Shahoo Prof. of Computer Science, Silicon Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar said in his address that in this present era the children must be aware of the latest information and technological devices and the programming languages like C and C++ which would help them to achieve a lot in this field.
Principal Ashok Kumar expressed his gratitude to the resource person, the distinguished Guest Chandrajet Swain , Administrative Head, Silicon Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar and his team members (Ganga , Neeraj , Rajat) and the science teachers of the school for creating this kind of scientific and creative temperament among students. Tapan Panda, Teacher-cum— I/C Robotics Club proposed the vote of thanks. The program was anchored by Anvita Priyam and Aditi of std X.
