As part of its commitment towards providing healthcare services around its area of operations Tata Steel’s CSR wing, Tata Steel Rural Development Society (TSRDS) is organising cataract screening camps in 15 panchayats of Patamda block starting today and will continue till August 14. These camps are being organised in association with lokeswaranand Eye Foundation.
Senior citizens in the 15 panchayats of Patamda block are encouraged to take the benefit of this screening camp and undergo eye examination. Eligible cases will undergo free cataract surgery at lokeswaranand Eye Foundation, Purulia.
